Personal information that was sent by email are saved by the administrative staff or the manager in a digital file. The use and processing of your data shall be limited to what is necessary to deliver your order, to follow the ensuing legal duties, and in order to send you price lists or fair invitations if there is a wine fair in your region.
Your personal data will be stored as long as required to deliver your order, and for the fixed period of time for accounting decided by the Code de Commerce. During this time, we will try our best to ensure data confidentiality and security, in order to prevent any damage, erasing or access by any unauthorized third party.

If you are shipped by a carrier, your contact information will be sent to our road transport suppliers (LOGISTIC VINS DISTRIBUTION or HBL LOGISTIQUE LOGIVIN).
In accordance with the "informatique et libertés" law of the 6th of January 1978-that was amended according to the European regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 (effective since the 25th of May 2018)-you have the rights to access, rectification, portability, erasure, and of limitation of the processing of your data.
